That's where I knew you where going. I didn't want to do the open mouth and insert foot routine. You still get a warranty when you get our "cheated" iPods, all 90 days of it. Gratis justs orders it for you and has it drop shipped to your door. You even get a receipt with your name on it. They are brand new box and all. Just like you went to Best Buy and plunked the dough down for it.
