Default so my tower of sunkist collapsed...

and spilled all over my laptop when my dog bumped into my desk. my question is...what is the likeliness of my computer starting up ever again? i don't know much about computers except how to use them. help me

no its not working...i'm using my sister computer. she got hers up and running after mine broke. she was using mine when it happened and now shes blaming it on the dog. i dont know if its true because my dog never runs into my desk... h: i unplugged everything and turned it upside down to see if anything might drain out. its been several days now. so i tryied starting it up today...obviously it didn't. so, here i am now

actually, i dont even know if it has a warranty. its a refurbished computer that my parents bought me last year for school...i think i'm screwed

You never know... Ask your folks if it's still under warranty. If not, I'm sure a lot of people here on HAN can help you build a new one.

You should be able to take the keyboard apart and wash it and then dry it. Depends on how much and where all the crap got in.

it's prolly dead. Open it up, clean it with them electronics cleaning kit and use a hair drier on it, hopefully i'll work again, chances are ~10%.
