I want to get it at best buy just becasue it will be easyer to deal with if it breaks, the price is $1249 any comments?

If your going to buy new make sure you get Z trace, Or just buy a used one.

 

i'm going to ucsb for law/sociology. what is z trace?

 

for law/socialogly....that laptop should be fine.

if you are going into design, animation, or movies...an apple is preffered.

 

Z Trace wil help if your laptop gets stolen to recover, Sorta like lojack.
