pimples

I have a minor breakout on the forehead and nowhere else. Is that attributed to stress, bad diet, bad hygiene, or something else?

For me it's usually stress. I break out when I have loads of work to do in little time. I hate it because it takes one night for me to break out then a month for it to clear

Diet doesn't have anything to do with it.

stress.. or hormonal imbalance, which could be interrelated.

I dont wear hats.
And what kind of hormonal imbalance are we talking about? too much/little estrogen or testosterone?
I hope it's just stress.
