Engine / Tranny (out), new wiring harness, new suspension, front hubs, new motor mounts, engine / tranny (in), possibly new rear axles, lsd, replace entire watersoaked interior 
, replace passenger front and drivers rear window tracks, new paint / replacement rear bumper, wheels, then ill deal with everything i forgot.
