i was going straight about to go into a left turn lane..and this girl comes out of a gas station trying to make a left turn.. so had she made the left, she would have been behind me going the opposite direction of me.. instead..i dont think she saw me and she hit me on my passenger side..basically t-boned me..dunno how fast she was going but my car tilted up a lil..basically my passenger side is completely ruined..i cant open my passenger door..it wont even unlock..i have a 4 door so both doors are ruined..and my front fender is messed up too

is she a fob and does she have insurance?

 

no she wasn't a fob..she's black.. and i think she's kinda shady..she gave me her insurance card first so i copied everything off of there.. name, policy # and everything..then she gave me her drivers license..i made the stupid mistake of assuming that the name on the insurance card was her so when i looked at her drivers license, i only wrote down her license number..not even looking at the name..i was still in shock this whole time so i prob. wasnt thinking straight.. but she called me later and said her name..and i was like..uuh.that wasnt the name on the insurance card.. so i asked for her name cuz i already claimed the accident to my insurance but she wouldn't tell me her last name..

 

just keep checking with the insurance co about this, bug them.

no..im stupid..i totally regret it now.. but i didnt want to be late for a meeting and i didnt know how long they would take.. but now knowing what i do.. i should have called.. my insurance co. hasnt contacted me.. im kind of in the dark..this is my first accident so im not really sure what to do.

 

wow..sorry to hear..it was a bad day for both of us.. i have one witness..at first i thought she wasn't gonna stop cuz i saw her turn into a street..so i made a quick u-turn to see if i would have to chase her.. and i saw a man standing at the corner.. but she did stop..and after i got her info..i went back to the shopping center and he actually had left and came back..so im really glad he stayed and gave me his number
