I got one of those once....it was a guy that read about my dads death in the paper and tried to scam us out of money saying that he knew my dad and he owed him some money....anyway we got his telephone and mail privilages taken away

Only collect calls I get from a jail are from my brother in law. Not a bad guy, but has poor judgement.
