the matrix is so much cleaner looking than the Vibe. Vibe = SUV, matrix = Wagon IMO. the vibe has definite "pontiac" styling cues which IMO make it ugly.

It's a tossup which one is uglier.
h: All bias aside, I think the Vibe might be better looking actually.

The 180HP versions are tolerable but are in no way fast.
Driving the 130HP automatic versions will make you wish for death.

The Vibe is sold in Japan as the Toyota Voltz, and the Matrix is not sold over there at all.
So I guess you could call the Vibe the more JDM of the two.

Matrix has better lines and non of that traditional cheap as shit looking plastic crap that GM loves to use in their lower end vehicles
