Any progs to completely make your computer anonymous?

I want something that can hide or change my IP for whatever I do on the net, not just in IE, everything.

theres tons of anonamos prxy servers taht hid your i[ but i don't trust that crap cause chacne r they track it instead
just run your internet throught other computers ip adresses
