its not that bad, there are actually a ton of modded imports there. a lot or rice, but there are some real nice imports driving around there. everyone in Lowell has a modded exhaust which is kind of weird that Acurafanatic was targeted. I'm assuming your going to be going to UMass Lowell(I went there), there is a risk of your car getting broken into, but that is every where. If you've got insurance and recipts for your stuff don't worry.

You can't be cited in other states for 'defective equipment' type charges, technically as long as your car is legal in your home state. You should be able to get out of that easily.
