Default I hate cement trucks...

The road to my house is like 12 miles, 2 lanes, with nothing but desert on each side. There is alot of houses being built around me, so the road always has a bunch of big trucks and cement trucks doin 45mph and only way around them is to pass them. Well, today i was behind one on my way to work, and as i got ready to pass him, i heard "THWACk!", and i look at the side of my windshield and there's a lil web where the rock hit. So now i need a new windshield.

They usually have "not responsible for objects coming from road" on the back. I hate the truckers that haul grading equipment, yet when their trailer is empty they don't take the time to sweep the rocks off. It's hard to prove a rock came from their vehicle vs: the road.
