Default Price on WRX? *Help*

Hey so I have been looking at some WRX's by myself lately and have been to dealers to basically come out with a out-come of this:

2005 WRX
(forgot name, new for 05) Gunmetal type color

For basically 24,000 out the door. I would probably be putting down 12-13K down to help the payments.

OR

2004 WRX
Black

30,000 Miles going for 22,000 and from what the other dealer told me very negotiable.

Now its pretty much try to talk the 2004 wrx down and decide between one of those two or fix my car which has frame damage.

Just wondering if you guys think those two above are good prices or could I go lower?

Jon

definetly talk the price of the 2004. It is a year older than the 2005 and has 22,000 miles. It should be discounted more than just $2,000. Also do they have some type of factory certified warranty of some sorts like most companies do for their used cars?

I personally would go for the brand new WRX myself

No No, 30,000 Miles going for 22K. They told me I keep the exisiting warrenty which would come into factor later probably with the price.

Mmmm...WRX.

How I would LOVE to drift in one of those...

EDIT: IMO you should get the 05 gunmetal color. It's your best bet.

Does the 04 come with extended warranty? that's one reason why we went with a 02 330i with 44Kmiles instead of 04 325i (new). warranty was extended to 100K miles or 7years which ever comes first.

If not I say spend the 24K on a brand new car and be done with it.

not the ideal car to drift in, has terrible understeer. my friend immediately replaced the wheels/tires, the rollbars, and got adjstable shocks. That helpped tremendously and the car is more neutral now but still have understeering tendencies.
