dont kno what its called, but i can do it. i dont think u need to have strong abs or anything, you just need to have good technique. Getting up by kicking ur feet w/o the use of your arms requires some strength.
You don't need great abs to do it. I can do it, and it's more the momentum that you generate.
Start by sitting up, then rocking back onto your back, and then flip up. Eventually you will get the hang of it where you can do it from a horizontal position.
