i got win2k prof... is there anyway to set up some security, where if the computer is logged on as 'Keith', then there is full access to everything on the computer.. and if its logged on as like 'other' then, they only have access to one hard drive, cant change the desktop, settings..

There is...You'll have to adjust user security settings and group policies. Try googling those in as it could be alot of explaining depending on what exactly you want done.
