Default Man I need to move to Texas!

I'm living in Mass and I'm thinking about moving. Texas is on the top of the list for places to move to, so I was checking out apartments, and condos. I could get a 2 bedroom condo with a garage for $88,000!!!!! that would cost $300,000 at least up here in New England. I'm thinking about putting in for my transfer real soon. I also hear that the ladies in Texas are super hot.

Me + sweet cheap condo + being single + living in Texas = more fun than I can imagine.

I'm thinking about the Houston area by the way.

Don't forget the fact that you the cost is living is lower for a reason: ie, wages will also be much lower.

My friend was able to get a bigger condo than that in a luxury gated community for cheaper in FL. I dunno which is better or worse though.

As for ladies being super hot, the grass is always greener.... I dunno where in Mass you are, but there are plenty of hot girls in Boston. Although I have to admit, of the girls I've seen in my college experiences (campus visiting, trips, athletic competition) the girls from NC and TX are pretty elite h:

I want to move to the Phoenix area for the same reason. That and I like the weather much better down there than up here.

I know, but I'd at least be able to afford a place to live. Mass is so expensive

they might be hot, but they are stuck up. I hear the women in Texas are supposed to be pretty friendly.

I'm thinking of flying down there in a month or two to scope things out.
