For those who have never heard of this, it's like an addiction for me, but the problem is I live in PA where there isn't a Bubble Tea shop for 3-4 hours. First time I tried it about 2 years ago I thought it was the weirdest thing, now it's starting to catch on a bit.
Anyway it's tea (any variety will do, but I like Almond w/black tea), creamer, sugar, and tapioca pearls. I've been searching online and found a great receipes.
Today I used Oolong tea, creamer, corn syrup and tapioca pearls. I was all excited when I took my first sip and it was good
Needed a little more sugar though.
My sister's boyfriend owns a bubble tea house somewhere near Rutgers and he makes great stuff too.
