What's the name of the wire used in networks? Like ethernet cable or some shiz... Anyway, I'm tired of this unreliable wireless connection in my room, so I'm going back to teh wires so I can rock out on Counter-Strike again. I just need to know what it's called, how much is it, and if it comes in colors other than blue, because our carpet is white. :happysad:

RJ45 is the type of jack. RJ11 is the phone jack.

Its called Category 5e cable. Also referred to as UTP, or unshielded twisted pair, if you're old-school.
