Yeah, that is so beyond ridiculous that it just seems wrong. For what that unit provides, it barely justifies being 1/4 of the price that they are asking. Maybe I'm missing something, but you can buy a house for that much money (depending on where you live, of course).

$160k around here!?!?! Damn you'd be a baller for that much round here.

Well not really baller... but the average house here I think is somewhere between $90k-150k.
