i got burned at work back in june and went through the whole workers comp. deal and then i got a check for my lost wages (wasnt much) last week a got a letter saying i had a court hearing due to my corkers comp claim. i said, "fine, you guys wanna be assholes, so can i" so i called a lawyer and went and talked to him today. he seemed to be a real cool guy, not a cut throat type or slimmy. we talked a little. he moved my court date back and said he is going to work on seeing how much i can get. apparently where i work they screwed up in a few areas by not meeting oschea regulations so shame on them. im not to sure how much ill get, but it will be nice to have a fair sum of money so when i go to college i wont have to worry about working and i can pay more attention to my studies, or maybe a new car :rick:

 

Don't even get me started on workmens comp, to many fakers have ruined everything

it is a conformation hearing. they are discussing wether or not i deserved to be paid for my time off while my burn healed up. so i say screw you guys, i want more. my lawyer agreed so let the fiascal begin.
