Wal-Mart is cheaper and its 5 minutes from my house. i hate the lines and there are tons of ghetto people in there at all times. :a:
the closest Target to me is about 15 minutes away and its pretty clean but i don't really buy anything there because its too far out of the way for me to go to.
h: there is a target opening up at the mall by my house and its going to be two stories. 
so i'll have to check that out when it opens.
soooo, in the end, i choose Wal-Mart only because its more convenient for me.h:

I would have to say Wal Mart on this one even though Target does have better quality crap to purchase. However there is a Wal Mart in Union City which is like 30 minutes from my house and whenever me and my friends are bored we just go there and hang out and look at stuff, I swear some people buy the most random shit at three o'clock in the morning.
