Default Parking spots

I am debating on getting a second parking spot at the apartment I live in. For two reasons, one the spots are crappy and hard to pull out of and two so that I have a spare spot whenever my family comes in. Its $30 a year and in the grand scheme of things thats really pennies to the dollar.

You guys think it would draw a lot attention from no gooders?

Nope...

Thats the problem, there is a narrow one lane road behind the parking lot and a sheer drop behind it. So if someone parks crooked you are going to have a lot of fun pulling out.

damn, that sucks. i guess $30 for a year isn't bad though. my old apts, for like an extra $50/month you could get an actual 1 car garage.

Its right in front of my apartment, and I live on the first floor so I can see my car from the living room. There are very few complexes here with covered garages.

it's 100 bucks PER MONTH IN NY where I LIVE, so what''s hard about 30 bucks a year?

If you don't park there, you can always use the space to BBQ.
