let's see...I'm still researching it on my own, but I've liked pretty much everything I've heard by Miles Davis, John Coltrane (also him with Johnny Hartman), and Charlie Mingus. On a different note, I'm also getting into Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennet. Something about that old 50-60's sound is so appealing to me.
