anyone else take this stuff over western meds? ive always taken stuff like tylenol, but my mom always has a stash of herbs to boil when i get sick. its the grossest stuff ever.

 

all chinese medicine i've ever taken has been grosssssss

lol those flakes are good. I remember eating them along with bitter herbal soup too. afterwards I'd sweat like a dog in heat. then I'm cured.

now I take ling chi tablets. works great for allergies. boosts immune system. and other benefits too.
