on my P4 2.53ghz with 1gb of pc2700 ram and a nvidia fx5600 256mb ddr video card, it ran choppy @ 1024x768 and high detail. with some experimenting i found the best combo was 800x600res @ high detail.

so far im enjoying the game.. it is pretty damn freaky though! :eek3: i dunno who else has found this, but i went into a bathroom with my flashlight, and looked at myself in the mirror and about peed my pants at 5o'clock this morning. its not that scary, but i sure wasnt expecting it. h:

the other kinda freaky part was when i had to go find that scientist's PDA and he was in that room with the big pentagram and the candles and shit.. and the creepy voice that said 'saaaaveee meeee' :nervous:

h: maybe it was just me freaking myself out, or maybe it was because it was dark and i had my headphones jacked. :dunno: fun game so far tho. :bigok:

anyway, yea, its fun and kinda creepy. im pretty sure i wont be able to play it if robyn is in the room, cuz if it freaks me out, she'll pee herself.

my friend beat it already... less than 5 hours after it came out.

He said that there are parts that are really cool when you can actually see things it's a great looking game.
He said hell was awesome, dunno why.
The weirdest/freakiest stuff was the babies crying/talking to him at some points. :nervous:

so far the freakiest thing was the bathroom and the room with the pentagram and shit. but im only on the 4th mission thingy.

 

theres this one part where all of a sudden a female voice says "follow me" and then bloody footprints being to appear, leading to this locked door. when you reach that door something cool happens

shortly after that i turned a corner and a spider jumped right at me during a fight
