100+ miles an hour on a public road whether with or without traffic is stupid on your part and violates the TOS regarding street racing.
If you wish to test the top speed of your car then get yourself some track time but doing it on the road is stupid.

Ok if you wanted that kind of troubleshooting you could have simply said something like....
"I was doing some spirited driving on a stretch of road and while braking I noticed my brakes pull to the left side fairly hard."
The way you stated it shows that you were obviously breaking the law because you commented on the lack of police, the speed you were going, and that you knew the results if you had been caught...therefore the thread was locked.
