Default Ways to stay awake/wake up?

I have 4 hours left of this graveyard shift and I am dieing here. Almost fell outta my chair once, right now I just have the bobble head going where the words kinda just blend together and I fall asleep for a good half second until my head falls then I wake up.

I'm trying to load up on caffein or somethin but it's too hot to drink coffee and our vending machine doesn't have any of the drinks with crazy amounts, I just bought a coke, hopefully that will help. Anybody know any tricks to staying awake?

The sad part is as soon as the shift is over and I get home i'll be wide awake.

lol, well I made it, no thanks to anyone here :fawk: 19 more minutes till I get to leave. I came SOOOOOO close to sneaking off to the staff room and taking a nap. The sad thing is that ,as predicted, I'm not very tired right now.

you just need to get your body used to it.....adjust your sleeping pattern. I've been working 12am-8am since January. It was hard at first, but your body will eventually get used to it. One little tip is to take a nap before you go in. Even if its just for a half hour or an hour. That will usually be enough to get you through the rest of the night.
