Default Disc-at-once MP3 cds

Aright, I have a bunch of techno songs that are mixed together so that if you burn them disc-at-once there will be no gap between the songs and they will play as if it was one big song, except you can still flip through it. Now if I was burning a normal cd I know how to do this no problem, however I just bought a new MP3-CD compatible head unit so I'm new to the whole MP3 cd thing.

I changed it to disc-at-once but there are still gaps between the songs. How can I burn these properly in MP3 CD format? I'm using Nero btw, but I also have Easy CD Creator, and can get whatever software I need to do this, but I'm sure it can be done with both of these I just can't seem to figure out how. Actually I kind of have an inkling that it can't be done with MP3 CDs but I thought I'd see what you guys have to say.

you wont be able to specify in the burning software how long to wait because all the software knows is that you're burning data, it doesn't care or want to know what kind of data it is or how it will be read

the only way you'll be able to do this is if there's a setting for it in your head unit.

good luck

Just as I suspected; Well as far as I can tell so far, this head unit does everything except give me roadhead so I will definately check the manual when I get home, thanks.

The pause that you are hearing is probably it switching from one mp3 file to another. Which is not as fast and smooth as regular audio switching, unless it's on a pc... then you can do all kinds of instant transistions and fade in/out etc etc ... etc.

Spanks is right, it's upto your HU to switch faster now.
