i'm buying a pilates DVD on thursday and trying it out.

 

Which one? My gf has the Windsor Pilates dvd set, she likes it, but says no dvd is better than taking the class in person.

The two next to me where but I didn't see the people behind me. A few were old and wrinkly and one looked like a hippy with nappy hair and such, and there were a few that were waaaaaaaay to skinny like "give me a grain of rice and I'll see if I can digest it, if not I'll fall over dead" h:
