We have this strip in downtown Milwaukee called Water St. Its a strip of 10+ bars in the center of the city. Well last night they had the Water St Block Party and blocked off the entire road. Stages, venders, booze, mass people, good times.

They closed the party off at around midnight and moved it to the bars. We were sitting in one of the pubs right by the streetside windows. Like most fridays, some punk prolly stepped on someones shoe and it turned into an all out boxing match. The cops came and broke it up. Well, one of the idiots just kept runnin his mouth, so this cop.....BITCH SLAPS him! :rofl: This guy just kept shoutin and trying to hit this other guy, the cop doesn't even hesistate and takes a swing at him with the back hand! hahahaha I have never seen any sort of police brutality like this but I couldn't help but to laugh...as did everyone else that witnessed this. The guy tries fighting back and one of the other cops pulled out the baton! At this point they were heading down the block so I couldn't see the arrest or whatever the outcome was.

it'd be those times that eveyone is in shock and it's all quiet. Then you bust out laughing for 5 minutes while everyone just stares at you....including the cop.
