Go there and look at the 4th listing. It states there is a limit of 9999 per customer... Ok, I'm thinking they don't have more than 10,000 at a time in their warehouse...who would every want more than 9999. And mass purchases like this would not be done over the internet, it'd be done privately and securely, as with clients.

It's possible they don't care how many you buy, but the software they use might force them to put something in there for the limit and the highest it goes is 9,999.
It might just be a limitation of their software and not that they really will ONLY let you buy 9,999.
On a second note, I was part of a team that was buying a few dozen new computers for a school. We had to spec out part by part what we wanted and then look around for the best price. We just went onto the website and put in QTY: 50. Then just completed the order and went on to the next website we were buying from. Each website called us to "confirm" the order and then transfered us to a "Sales Consultant" who kept trying to sell us deals. We finally had to tell them we are just a school, working on a very limited budget, we know exactly what parts we want and know where to get them. We aren't buying anything more than we need, we do not require the services of a sales consultant nor do we wish to support him by letting him take over this sale. We then told them simply, we just want to purchase XX for XX, if that's not possible please be honest and tell us that. We will gladly go somewhere that can do that.
Those sales guys are very annoying and pushy. But that's their job, get you to spend money.
