When they were driving away from the assassin and Bourne said "I don't have a choice", then she said "Yes you do" and BLAM!

it didn't really show, I was specifically looking for it, but they never showed. I'm assuming the head or something, because I didn't see any bulletholes in the windows on the car to make me think the bullet went lower and maybe through the seat.

 

it looked as thought it hit her left shoulder towards her heart.

 

I thought it hit her in the head, because her entire head thrusted forward toward the dash.

It's really unfortunate that she died so early in that movie, because in the first one she had this super sexy thing about her; I can't put my finger on it, but she was just sexy.

 

My theory...is that they are making a 3rd. It really hit her in the shoulder, and she wasn't dead...and she'll be back. But it was made to look like, and for us to believe, she was hit in the head.

 

i thought she was hit in the head at first but then realized that wouldn't be the case cause if she was hit in the head, her head would of exploded.out in front or something and when she's in the water you could see that , that wasn't the case.

my guess is upper left chest.
