Default Safe to drive in this temp condition?

Yesterday, while doing my rear brake pads, I broke a wheel stud off the right rear hub. So now 3/4 lugnuts are in place. Would it be safe to drive for the time being until I can get it replaced?

My uncle drove his pickup from here in WV to Birmingham, AL with broken wheel studs. It held up pretty darned good, but I wouldn't recommend doing a long trip.
