magic jus opened a starbucks in compton ..

its not a good time to buy a house these days :dunno:

why not look into getting a condo in the south bay :dunno: gardena/hawthorne/inglewood/carson .. areas are not that bad, location is very close to la

btw, why are you moving to la, industry is pretty close

My sister bought her brand new place in Castaic. I think hers was about 350-400k. Her mother-in-law bought a house near there for close to 500k. Sick crap, I tell ya. Hotter than a bastard out there, I dunno how she can stand it.

I've lived in apartments and I want my own place. a house, not a aprtment or condo.
