I live close enough to south central. like 3 miles away. Believe me. you don't even wanna live in MY area.

but yeah. for 300k in socal, good luck. My g/f's bro just bought a mediocre place in the next city for like 400k

My sister bought her brand new place in Castaic. I think hers was about 350-400k. Her mother-in-law bought a house near there for close to 500k. Sick crap, I tell ya. Hotter than a bastard out there, I dunno how she can stand it.

 

I've lived in apartments and I want my own place. a house, not a aprtment or condo.

 

i think there are some still available in the 200s. small 1500 sq/ft. NEW.
