Damn my counter-productiveness!
For the past 3 weeks, and for the entire summer for that matter, my goal has been to slim down. So, I've been lifting weights for 45 minutes to an hour 6 days a week, and doing 30-40 minutes of intense cardio the same amount of days.
I hop on the scale after 1 month....and I've gained 8 lbs :happysad:
I've seen huge strides in muscle growth so I know all of that weight is muscle, so I'm not disappointed, but damn I wasn't expecting that.
The End.

meh, I like having more muscles, and I'm more about cutting fat than just cutting pounds.

Gee I wonder why?
Could it be because muscle mass weighs more than fat?

Yeah, muscle is more dense than fat. If you want to lose weight just make sure that you consume fewer calories in a day than you burn. Swimming or running are good ways to drop some bodyfat.
