I'm gonna have to differ from the crowd...
i think - scratch that - i KNOW your boy put mad money into the zx2...great for a show car, but thats it...
personally, i think it looks hideous, but i give him props for the loot he spent on it. no lambo doors...tell him to sell it, and buy something clean, sporty, and most of all, something thats NOT a sight for sore eyes...
just my .02 cents

No. The lambo doors are a waste on that car.
The Zx2 is built on a positively ancient chassis. I can't imagine why someone would buy one in 2001, given all of the other superior choices on the market at that time (both new and used).
I'm going to assume he's building the car primarilly for show. Since the door frames surround the window glass on a ZX2, a Lambo door conversion will look clunky and cheap.
The car looks awful at stock ride height. A 1.75" drop will leave enough suspension travel, and hopefully improve the stance of the car. Ground Controls and Koni Yellows to start...swaybars and braces to follow.
Since the car's suspension dates back to the early 90's.. he at least ought to compensate for those deficiencies first.
Secondly, the "canard" wings mounted on the front are hideous. They ruin what little continuity the bodykit had. And given their pitch, they serve no measurable function. Since the rear of the car has no form, I can tolerate the rear wing...barely. But the canards...no.
Sell the canards & have a shop paint the side mirrors.
