Uhaul Sucks
I've been trying to reserve a truck for the past 2 days. Every time I call, the line is either busy or they don't answer. They did answer once yesterday, and put me on hold for over 5 minutes...and then hung up on me.

And..
when you do get the truck, it's not 9.99 dollars per day like the ads say. In addition, you have to drive all the way from you new destination back to the store to return the truck. That's how they rip you a big one.

If they don't have the truck, they will be getting us one from somewhere else...believe that. They tack on a mileage fee along with the $xx per day rental charge.

my sister - when she finally did get a truck - was able to drop it off at a chi. location....
