Well its a fan site you posted up so of course fans are kinda weird like that and have to know everything about their idols.

Maybe it's like a card game though where you try to collect one of each blood type and subvariant to win the game :dunno:

nto just fan sites/shrines but lots of japanese bios i see blood type
even video game, anime, and mange characters
