Workout Squad aka T.H.S. (Team Hella Swoll): back exercises
what exercises will widen your back the most? besides rows and pulldowns and pullups/chinups, i do way too many of those already. and also what are the best exercises to enlarge the traps besides shrugs?

My traps are huge. They really started growing when I started doing lateral raises:
I did them to the sides and to the front. I find pulldowns to be the best for back size;
