i would have to agree, biggest hassle in the world, plus some of those ppl out thr are assholes and hunt you down and black mail you.

 

yupp my car got hit last week, some guy backed into the rear driverside wheelwell. few scratches and some minor denting. He didnt see it or know he hit it and drove off. Someone saw him do it and chased him down. He said he would pay for everything to get fixed. I got some info from him and now hes not returning calls or making arrangements for the bill payment. So i gotta have a talk with the cops and an attorney.

 

that sucks, hope it turns out well and he pays for everything.

He will, I have 2 witnesses to him hitting and driving away and like 5 people heard him saying that he would pay for the damages to get fixed whereever i wanted.

 

Here are a couple pics of my car after the accident. Me being the 4th car, I didn't take much damage but I think part of it was because of the strong rear bumper. I think I'm going to use the insurance money to pay off bills instead of fixing it.
