best way to find a good/reliable/honest mechanic
Another one of those "pick 2" situations? I'm just getting sick of asking a shop or mechanic to do something and it either getting done with a problem, not getting done, or they just do it wrong.

I had to take the car for an inspection and they decided to just throw away one of my nice expensinve LED turn signal bulbs and replace it with some crappy white bulb. I called them back as soon as I could but they said they already threw it away. How am I supposed to prevent that?
