as usual...the 5 o'clock thunderstorm is passing through State College the sky is getting dark, and the wind is really picking up. weather is so predictable here.

 

One of my science teachers said that over the middle of PA is the convergance of 3 major weather paths. It makes it difficult at times to predict things, yet sometimes it's like clock work. He said that's why they put the main campus right there, for the weather. They do turn out some of the best meteroligists in the country I hear.

 

they have their own weather report station here, where student meteorologists can get airtime.

this ones going to be bad...lightning keeps striking some dorm across the street.
