I think at 70K it is ideally priced.

Hardly. Sure it could benefit from a 4.* litre V8, but it isn't overrated.
There's more to sporting automobiles than raw numbers. I think the NSX still survives because it rewards in ways that more brutal performance cars can't.
And all these years on, it still looks sexy...

I agree.
It is definetly not overrated. If anything it is underrated by the people who think HP is everything. It definetly is priced a little too high
