workout squad: ground beef; how lean?

At Scam's Club, they have this big pack of beef patties that are 85/15 lean/fat. Is that healthy, or should I try to get something leaner?

FWIW, I'm using a forman grill to cook it:dunno:

Let's see... normal ground beef costs about $1/lb. The shite my mother buys, like 90-some percent lean, is $3/lb. Not really worth it if you ask me, esp. considering the extra fat fries off in the pan...

I usually buy 92/8 =8% max fat

I've bought the 85/15 from sams club before. Good beef, but much more fattening than I'm used to, even with the george foreman.
