i think i'm going to start taking creatine again. what brand creatine do you use? i was thinking of Higher Power Creatine Monohydrate. anyone use it?

never heard of it. do a search for creatine, i think there was a creatine thread like a week ago. we have a new creatine thread each month

just get a high grade micronized creatine. I have AST micronized, and some other stuff from 'The Vitamin Shoppe' its all pharmaseutical grade, 100% pure. just add water and drink, or add gatorade and drink for flavor.

after loading, you only need 3-5grams AFTER you workout for maximum saturation. Your body has lots of creatine receptors after you workout, thus its more effective drinking toward the end of your workout/after your workout.

anything more then 3-5 is waste.

its been said that carbs/sugar/insulin rush helps with uptake, but its been determined you need like 3500 extra calories for that to be real.

so, use it in gatorade if you want some flavor, but like i saiid, 3-5 of any decent micronized creatine and you'll be set.

grape juice is good because it's non acidic and has high carbs

what's a good dosage for loading stage?? for a guy that's around 195lbs and plans on using cell tech because he already has it.....
