Is $12 a tire a good price for mounting and balancing?

my bro says it's too much, and I have no experience...so help would be good.

id first try to mount the tires myself, just step on it with a tire spoon, then for balacing , i know a friend wit a balancing thingie. dont forget ur valve stems.

You can get it a lil more expensive and at least have road haz. from discount tire. Includes lifetime rotate and bal

nah, im willing to give it a try though, just like how i tried to unmount the tires. i think i broke about one bead...
