Your dad sounds mad wacked out. He was on the brink of taking the kids car away because of what he did but now he may buy him whatever car he wants? :WTF:

He needs his head examened or atleast read "Parenting for Dummies"

kids that get everything handed to them on a silver platter very rarely do. They need to learn values, hard work and consequences for their actions.

Let me try to help... forget this thread and make a new one. Try this wording instead:

"My brother made a deal with my dad that if he does great in school he'll buy him any car he wants. My dad has a pretty darn good job and my brother wants a Skyline. Dad has already agreed and knows that it would need to be imported. What are some recomendations on models of Skylines and good companies to import them? Thanks."

See, the question you are asking has nothing to do with pot or even the first part of him getting caught and dad taking his car. So leave that out of it and we will too.

Input accepted. I didn't start this thread to promote pot use. That is why I got upset. I figuired it would be more exciting if I told the whole story.

Yeah , but would it not be funny if my brother did get all a's, or maybe it is an A average. I forgot to ask. All I heard was a's at the end of the year.

Of course your stepmom will be on his side. Shes trying to make HIM happy. To go against what he thinks, especially about parenting, would say ALOT.

I agree, that is how I grew up, I had to earn everything. After I moved out and went to school in Fl, his company started getting real big. Hence, how they got spoiled.
