UPDATE: Got an apartment with a few buddies who are already living there. One of their roomates is moving out and they needed another person in order to afford the $1350 a month rent. :eek4: I'm moving in on September 9th. The lease expires in January, so I'm coming in beforehand and being added to the lease so that they don't get a penalty for ending it early.

3-bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, A/C, etc.

I'm going to hold off on buying a new car for now and see how everything else plays out with the finances. :joshers:

I've known these guys for a while and honestly they're not bad at all. One of the guys Dan is a little bit of a slob but it only pertains to his room. He cleans all his dishes, etc so it's "not in my backyard."

 

you don't understand...i've been living with others for 3 years. you will start to see a totally different person....

take my word for it...i've seen it happen here at my place. DO NOT start cooking for your roommates! DO NOT let them tell you clean, you should all clean. Make sure everyone is on the same page with what to do to the place.
