Something you lease and don't own is a horrible investment (actually, it's not an investment at all). My boss is looking at buying a house, because paying $1000 a month for his condo is, what he said, "handing somebody my money" At least a car you'll be able to sell for some money. :happysad:

FYI, for the money you could spend on a new TSX you can get a certified pre-owned BMW with a much longer warranty. Equipment will depend on the particular car, but for example:
