It was a group of people and they took out about 3 buildings and a hair of the population on the head of America.If this was a single country this would have been over years ago, we would have went in and ****ed them up and left. America doesn't need other countries to fight for us. If it all came down to it probably nearly every country on this planet would say "kill the US" if it meant saving themselves. Not that I can blame them but we don't owe the world shit.
