what up,
im planning on getting a system and my friend works with a kid who got his system for $340. he has 2 12' audiobahn subs, and 1400 or 1500 Acoustik amp.
is this a good deal?
how is the quality of each?
other suggestion on what other amps and subs are decent (im not ballin keep that in mind) and where can i get those.

i cant say one thing or another for the quality cuz i dont know but can i ask.... waht do you need 2 12's for ???? my 8" alpine provides enough bass that i cant even imagine upgrading to 1 10, let alone 2 12's

I'd say unless you are REALLY trying to make up for something or entering a competition or really TRYING to be cool... just go with one 10" or 12".
I had a 400watt 12" MTX 8000 in the back of my hatch, the whole car would shake and it could easily be heard 30 feet out of the car with all the windows up.
